The process

Visual Chai Co. will review your inquiry and schedule a consultation call. During the call, we’ll discuss pricing plans, available options, and your specific goals for the website.

After everything is agreed upon, Visual Chai Co. will send a Contract Agreement and Initial Invoice to the client.
The initial invoice needs to be paid before website construction begins. 50% of the total price is paid before beginning the service and 50% is paid after the service is complete.

Visual Chai Co. & the Client will go through the completed website together, to check for error or updates. If both parties are satisfied, then the final invoice is paid, and the website controls will be handed over to the Client.

We offer free updates and maintenance 6 months from the final invoice.
After 6 months, you have the ability to opt into a membership and a $10 monthly maintenance fee, or continue to pay for maintenance and updates out of pocket, at $20 per completed request.
Depending on your preferred website hosting service & domain management service, you may be required to pay a yearly payment. This payment will be approximately $300.
